Place your cake order in minutes online on the Shop page or start the Order with our easy online bespoke form. It's the quickest way for us to respond to your query. We'll then come back with the price and payment details to book. Opening hours for queries are Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm
All orders are confirmed upon full payment. We only take a limited number of orders per week/day, so we base our schedule on a first paid / first-served policy. We take bank transfers for bespoke cakes and credit cards and PayPal through our online shop. -
We advise placing your order a few weeks ahead of your event to be on the safe side.
For wedding cakes, at least six weeks before your big day!
We require confirmation at least 7 days in advance for all orders.
-
We only use premium and sustainable ingredients, such as organic milk, flour, butter, eggs, cacao and the highest grade Belgium chocolates/organic.
Also, we are using our own honey or locally sourced honey in our cakes. -
Always keep our cake in a cool, shaded area away from the heat in the fridge if not advised otherwise.
To keep uncut cake more than 2 days, we recommend keeping it in the fridge in our cake box or an airtight container. Make sure to bring to room temperature at least an hour before serving. Leftovers can be sliced, cling-film wrapped twice and frozen up to 2 months beautifully. Defrost at room temperature.

A £30 non-refundable deposit will secure a date in the diary for all occasion cakes and confirms your order.
The final balance for celebration cakes is required one week before the collection/delivery of the cake. If your cake is a short-notice booking (i.e. less than 7 days), we ask for the total amount at the time of booking.
For wedding cakes, we require a deposit of £100 when placing the order, and then the final balance, a minimum of 4 weeks before delivery/collection. Your cake is not booked unless a deposit has been paid.
Any amendments to the original order may incur charges, but they are always agreed upon first. -
We recommend cutting in slabs (vertical straight lines like square grids) rather than the traditional cake slice method to maximise portions. To do so, cut a 1" deep cut all the way down from one side of the cake, then put a cutting board or a large plate against this side of the cake and lean over on the plate. Then cut in rectangle/square grids.
I will include visual cake-cutting guides with all our cake orders.

We are not an allergy-free kitchen (and our cakes are made with flour, eggs, milk, and butter). Some of our cakes are made without nuts or eggs, but we frequently use these ingredients in our kitchen, and unfortunately, this means that our products are not suitable for people with severe allergies. -
A consultation and cake tasting can be arranged by appointment. We will provide samples in flavours you are considering for your wedding cake with you. Prices are available on request.
In preparation for your consultation, we ask you please to have your venue and date confirmed and have some ideas on your theme/colours and number of guests so that we can design a cake perfectly suited to you and your day. Ideally, you are booking an appointment with us 1 month before your wedding.
