My Cakes are Special and Unique; Organic crafted with the best ingredients on the market. If you wish, I aim to work with you to produce a special Cake that can complete your wedding day!
In some cases, you would like a Cake just like the ones shown on our website, and it is no problem. However, you can also let me surprise you with a Unique Cake designed based on a short brief or your preferences.
My cakes portions are Finger Portions [ 1" x 1" x 4"/5" Depth ], which includes most Designs and Sugar Flower ones. And flavour-wise, you can choose as many flavours as tiers in the Cake!
Due to the bespoke element of Our Cakes, some Design Elements might have an extra cost added to the final price.
Price is calculated based on the number of portions required. As a guideline, the base price for a 100 Portions Bespoke Designed Cake is £600. There is a minimum charge of £400 for Wedding Cakes. I required a minimum of 4 weeks notice for a Wedding Cake. All subject to availability.
The price includes the design and up to 4-5 Large Sugarflowers / Foliage/Natural flowers. In addition, filler flowers are included in the price.
Every extra Large/Medium sugar flower adds £25/20 per stem/flower, depending on the complexity. For Ruffled tiers, is added 10% to the base price.
Silver/Gold Leaf covered Tiers have an added cost according to the size chosen. Please get in touch with me for more information when the design is finalised.
We offer a Wedding Cake Tasting Session for two people ( £30 NON-REFUNDABLE). The Cake Tasting Session includes four types of Cakes with flavours suggested by you or a combination of Macaroons and Cake with Tea/Coffee and possibly discussion over Sketches based on a Brief given by you previously. Sketch Designs are Bees Alchemy sole property and cannot be shared until a non-refundable deposit is made.
For Wedding Cakes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, and the remaining 50% is due three weeks before the Wedding.
COVID19 PROVISION: You can book and block the Date with a £100 Non-refundable part Deposit, with the total remaining balance due up to 3 weeks before the Wedding. Included is the flexibility to change your Date. ( subject to availability)
Payment can be made by Cash/Bank Transfer/ Direct Debit or directly on our website.
Delivery:
We are based in Reading, Berkshire, South East England and deliver to many cities and regions.
If you wish to Collect your Wedding Cake, a Release Form must be signed by a designated person. I strongly recommend that we deliver the wedding cakes.
Delivery cost: £20 within Reading [10-20 miles round trip from premises].
Delivery Charges: 45p per Mile [Standard National Rate] per round trip + £10 per Travelled Hour.
Orders over £1500 are free of Charge for Deliveries within 150 miles round trip.
There is a FLAT DELIVERY FEE of £100 for Deliveries to ALL London Areas [ Free for Orders over £2000]
